Pata-Pata-Patapon 2 marches its way to my home

In a pleasant surprise, Patapon 2 arrives at my house, in all its empty-case glory. Sure, you know the voucher is there for the full game, but it's sorta odd to be given a plastic-sealed case you know is empty.

On the other hand, no constant changing of UMDs makes it all the more easier to change between games, so I'm all for the new format if this is where Sony is heading with the PSP2.

Interesting. Sony is getting into digital distribution on the PSP? I had no idea.

My PSP fat has sat unloved for quite some time, maybe a Patapon could revive it...

It's a strangely addicting game. I never lasted too long with the first one, but from what I've read, the second one is like Patapon+. The act of gradually increasing your army's strength for more intensive and visually satisfying battles makes it one game hard to not play for at hours at a time.

All that, and no need to swap out UMDs? Pretty good overall!
